A pure musical fiesta, this young Cuban American group translated traditional into contemporary in a joyful and energetic performance. Their music is intended to entice you to the dance floor to truly enjoy their rhythms containing elements of jazz, reggae, funk, salsa, and a unique blend of African and European cultures. Playing the "timba" style, a souped up variety of salsa, the group boasts a "sonero," a lead singer silled in vocal gymnastics, and a back up male chorus. The ensemble builds from their Cuban roots and involves their Miami influences to create a unique 'sabor' (flavor) of music that completely exhilerated the audience with its passion and soul.
