Faces Seen, Hearts Unknown, The Human Landscape of Mexican Migration
A Collaboration with Marquette University and the Haggerty Museum | April, 2008
This politically and emotionally provocative exhibit highlighted the experience of Mexican migration to the US and its socio-political implications. Expressed by multiple Chicano/Mexican visual artists, the collection nurtured a more complete understanding of migration's effect and highlighted themes of journeys, boundaries, and barriers; urban landscapes and human geographies; and the collective and individual Latino identity.
